FARM-ToEr is a training module focused on knowledge of working safely at height as well as safety while performing various other activities involved during Tower Erection at an under-construction tower site. It is targeted especially for the workers for climbing and working safely while working at an under-construction telecom towerThis is a 2 day program with a content ratio of theory and practical of 75:25 and ratio between Trainer and trainees cannot exceed 1:10.
